Refund policy

Returns
One of my goals and NW Wildflower Boutique is to make sure that my customers are satisfied. If for some reason you are unhappy with your order I will do everything I can to make it better. All items are carefully checked and packaged before mailing. However, I understand that things do happen when packages are in transit, so if you receive a damaged item please notify me via email (nwwildflowerboutique@gmail.com) within 3 days of receiving your package. It is the customers responsibility to check each item within 3 days of delivery. Any returns must be received within 14 days of the date your package was shipped. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Please email nwwildflowerboutiqu@gmail.com if returning any items. A return label will be emailed to you and once the item is received the return will be refunded to the card that was used at purchase. Any sale items are a FINAL SALE and are not eligible for return. Any items returned must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and contain all original tags and packaging.  Once I receive your return please allow up to 3 business days to process the return and refund. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. When returning items be sure to include the original invoice.

Exchanges
Due to size of inventory we are not currently doing exchanges. This is an option I hope to offer in the future. If you are wanting to exchange an item complete the return process and if the item is still in stock you may repurchase with store credit.





Changes or Cancelation of Order
If you decide to cancel or make a change to your order please contact me immediately at nwwildflowerboutique@gmail.com. Once the order has been processed I will be unable to make any changes.
